1080 Floor Coating of Atlanta provides professional floor coating and concrete polishing services to residential, commercial and industrial clients statewide in Georgia. Our team of floor coating and concrete polishing experts have decades of experience in the floor coating industry and spend several weeks attending industry training nationwide to ensure that we are well versed on all of the latest industry guidelines and trends.

One of the differences that you will notice with 1080 Floor Coating is that we handle all aspects of your floor coating project internally. We do not outsource or contract out any part of the process. From grinding the surface floor and removing stains on the surface to the application of floor coating, you will only deal with one company.

We work around the clock to cause as little disruption from you daily operations as possible. We grind, treat and fill the flooring surface prior to application if the epoxy coating to ensure that the finished product makes the right first impression for your business. We are able to custom design your floor coating appearance and are positive that you will be happy with the finished product. How Our Georgia Industrial Floor Coating Process Works

Floor Surface Prep

We start off with grinding of the floors to create a smooth and workable surface. We will fill any cracks or holes in this process. We will also grind away any stains.

Base Coat Application

The base coat is applied to your floors in the second phase. This application includes using a coat color that matches with your overall design or a clear coat.

Flake & Design Phase

If your project includes a granite, flake or artwork pattern, that will be applied during the third phase. The design distribution will be executed to create a flawless appearance.

Protective Coat Application

The protective coat is the final step and will lock all flakes and design into place while providing a floor surface that is chemical resistant, non-abrasive and easy to clean.
